DSai is a dietary supplement tracking app that helps you monitor your supplement intake and analyze potential correlations with your health data from Apple HealthKit.

DSai is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The insights and analyses provided by the app are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your supplement regimen.

3. Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
• Abuse the AI chat feature or attempt to circumvent its safety measures

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and content are owned by ORIDIET (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED. Your personal data remains yours.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on the app's insights or AI responses. Use the app at your own risk.

7. Subscriptions

• Some features may require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed via your Apple ID
• You can cancel anytime through iOS Settings

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
